Hotel muy bien situado y a gusto europeo. A destacar el desayuno que aunque el comedor se satura de gente, está muy bien organizado por el personal, muy agradable y profesional. A pesar de que la zona es muy ruidosa, estábamos hospedados en el piso 36 y dentro de la habitación no se oía nada. En todo caso el aire acondicionado hacía ruido. Es un hotel que por ubicación y servicio recomiendo 100%.

Una estancia muy agradable, todo el personal es muy servicial. Se encuentra pegado a Times Square, las habitaciones están muy bien y cuidan hasta el último detalle. El staff de recepción y desayuno es genial, le tengo que dar las gracias a Perla y Andreína, tuvieron un detalle maravilloso con nosotras en la celebración del cumpleaños de mi amiga, son estupendas. Gracias por todo, estamos deseando volver.❤️ lo

Hotel perfeito. Café da manhã farto, coisas para quebrar todos os dias e ficar cheio até o jantar (e em Nova York nos disseram que é raro encontrar um hotel que faça café da manhã tão incluído no preço). Digamos que sendo uma cadeia espanhola, pensa um pouco à italiana. Quartos perfeitamente insonorizados, considerando que está perto da Times Square, mas não se ouve nada. Limpeza e serviço 10 elogios ... também nos fizeram encontrar uma garrafa de espumante com um cartão onde nos desejavam nosso casamento. Cama muito confortável… tudo perfeito

Hotel located near Times Square and theaters. Front desk staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. I arrived quite early and they were able to provide me an early check in. The room is quite nice with views of midtown. As nice as the staff were at the front desk the staff at breakfast were the polar opposite. They are overwhelmed in their duty. Prioritizing larger groups over couples. I saw them turn tabletops of two into tabletops of 4 even though there were multiples groups if two waiting to be seated.

Fique aqui, mas pule o café da manhã. A localização é perfeita! O quarto era de um ótimo tamanho para Manhattan! Ter o bar no hotel foi uma grande comodidade. Ficamos na família king doce com um sofá-cama. Foi um bom espaço para 2 crianças e 2 adultos. A chuva foi incrível. Estávamos no 25º andar e tinha uma excelente vista. Distância perfeita para Times Square.O café da manhã não valia US$ 20/pessoa. Demorou muito para sentar e o espaço estava muito cheio para o número de pessoas. A comida era medíocre. A fruta estava mole, os ovos eram emborrachados, o bacon não estava totalmente cozido. Apenas um pequeno-almoço realmente medíocre e não o que eu esperava do Riu.

Nice hotel. We would’ve liked to have had access to an ice machine. Going to the coffee shop downstairs for a single cup of ice was annoying. I don’t know if it is standard for every guest but they required both of us to show our IDs although the reservation was in one person’s name. I didn’t understand the need for my name and DOB. Original bedsheets had a couple of small stains in them. They could’ve easily have been missed by housekeeping but we noticed them because we inspect sheets and pillow cases when we arrive to hotels. It took close to an hour to get new sheets. When we got them, they were stained as as well. The next set after those were fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were mostly there to shower and sleep though. Location is very close to the theatre plays/musicals and a 1 min walk from the center of Times Square.

Stay here but skip breakfast. The location is perfect! The room was a great size for Manhattan! Having the bar in hotel was a great amenity. We stayed in the king family sweet with a pull out sofa bed. It was a good space for 2 kids and 2 adults. The rain shower was amazing. We were on the 25th floor and had a great view. Perfect distance to Times Square.The breakfast was not worth $20/person. It took a long time to be seated and the space was way too crowded for the number of people. The food was mediocre. Fruit was mushy, eggs were rubbery, bacon wasn’t fully cooked. Just a really mediocre breakfast and not what I expected from the Riu.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta en el time square, está cerca de todo lo que un turista necesita, los detalles en el lobby son hermosos, el personal muy atento, hicieron que nuestra estadía fuese todo lo que esperábamos, todo estaba muy limpio y la cama super comoda, el desayuno muy surtido y organizado, tuvieron un lindo detalle por mi cumpleaños y nos dieron una habitación con una vista espectacular, ahora solo queremos hospedarnos en hoteles Riu para todos nuestros futuros viajes. Gracias por todo, fue una linda experiencia.

Voy a escribir lo que a mi me hubiese gustado leer a la hora de reservar en este hotel. La ubicación es genial, a pesar de ser tan céntrico, apenas se escucha ruido de la calle ni de otras habitaciones (sí de las obras cercanas), por lo que es muy fácil que puedas visitar muchas cosas caminando. El personal muy amable, prácticamente todos hablan español. El desayuno estupendo, con variedad de alimentos para todos los gustos. Las habitaciones cómodas, con aire acondicionado, y cambio diario de toallas y sábanas si así lo solicitas.Como punto negativo, es fácil confundirse este hotel con otro que se llama prácticamente igual y que Google no llega a localizar correctamente. El sonido de las obras llega a ser molesto hasta entrada la noche y comienza muy temprano. Los ascensores a veces no están bien gestionados y para bajar a desayunar debes esperar 15 o 20 minutos.En definitiva, a pesar de esas cosas, para la ubicación que tiene es un hotel donde puedes descansar y tener todo a mano a la vez. Si alguna vez volvemos a NY no nos importaría repetir.

Hemos estado 8 días y nos han tratado genial! Si viajas en familia, este es tu hotel! Viajábamos con nuestra hija de menos de 1 año, tienen cuna y tronas para el desayuno, y todo el staff del hotel encantadores, en especial Yanet de limpieza, Alberto en recepción y Andrés con las maletas! Todo de 10! Como recomendación, bajad pronto al desayuno, pues en hora punta los ascensores tardan algo más en llegar.

Una experiencia fantástica, unos de los mejores servicios de desayuno que conozco, súper completos , tienen lo que buscas. Las habitaciones se encuentran súper limpias y el servicio a la habitación es constante, el personal súper amable, si llegas antes del check-in te prestan el baño del gimnasio y puedes dejar las valijas en el hotel hasta que se haga el horario de ingreso. Lo único para criticar que en el horario en el que el desayuno es más concurrido es ascensor queda colapsado y se produce un tiempo de espera excesivo, pero solo se produce desde las 9:30 a las 10:30

Hotel super bien situado para recorrer la ciudad, las habitaciones perfectas con cama super cómoda y muy silenciosas! Ademas teniamos vistas perfectas 😍 El desayuno muy completo y muy bien organizado para la cantidad de gente que habia. Pero lo mejor es la amabilidad del personal, los del comedor son todos encantadores y siempre con una sonrisa. Mencion especial a la chica de la entrada que todas las mañanas me alegraba el dia ( soy la chica de los outfit 😉) Muy muy recomendable!!

Impeccable hotel. Great price and included a breakfast buffet. The gym was great and we used it everyday. Staff was awesome. This is the only place we will stay when we come back to NY. Overall great stay and comfortable beds.

Fantástico hotel que está situado em uma ótima localização, a poucos passos da Times Square. Quarto encantador, ótima decoração, fácil de usar cofre no quarto. Opções incríveis para o café da manhã. Definitivamente viria aqui novamente. Apenas marcado para o serviço, pois nos disseram que tínhamos garrafas ilimitadas de água (que fazia parte da taxa de serviço), mas depois de pagar a taxa de £ 300, fomos posteriormente informados de que estávamos limitados a uma garrafa de 330 ml por dia entre 2 pessoas. Essa foi a única decepção e nos sentimos um pouco enganados. Caso contrário, este é um ótimo hotel para ficar.

Fiquei por 4 noites neste hotel - abril de 2022. LOCALIZAÇÃO CENTRAL INCRÍVEL PARA TIMES SQUARE. O serviço de check-in foi ótimo. Equipe incrível, muito simpática e acessível. Quarto estava acima da nossa expectativa, vista excepcional do 41º andar para o qual você pode ver a Times Square. As camas foram feitas muito dia e uma arrumação geral. Toalhas limpas e uma cama incrível! Tomamos café da manhã 3 vezes, sem tempo de espera, sentamos imediatamente. Seleção decente de comida. Grande seleção de frutas. Também tinha uma academia, se eu soubesse, teria embalado algumas roupas de ginástica. Recomendo e reservaria novamente no futuro.NO ENTANTO, OBSERVE: Existem dois Hotel Riu Plaza na Times Square, quando reservei meu transfer selecionei o outro hotel sem perceber que havia 2 hotéis. Isso causou um pouco de problema com a transferência, nada a ver com o hotel. Apenas fique atento!

O quarto era muito limpo, tinha tudo o que precisávamos, e a localização do hotel era excelente. O buffet de café-da-manhã que veio com nosso quarto foi incrível e incluiu muitos itens para listar...todos fabulosos!!! A equipe foi maravilhosa, especialmente o Bellman, Santiago, que saiu para a rua para nos encontrar um táxi para o aeroporto quando o serviço que eles usam disse que haveria um atraso. Ele foi tão prestativo e educado! Os outros funcionários também foram ótimos, com exceção de Shawn, o barman, que teve uma atitude ruim e precisa aprender algumas maneiras e sorrir ocasionalmente.

Fantastic hotel which is situated in a great location, a stones throw from Times Square. Lovely room, great decor, easy to use safety deposit box in room. Amazing choices for breakfast. Would definitely come here again. Only marked down for service as we were told we had unlimited bottles of water (which was part of the service charge) yet having paid the £300 charge, we were subsequently told that we were limited to a 330ml bottle per day between 2 people. That was the only let down and we felt slightly cheated. Otherwise this is a great hotel to stay at.

This was our first time in New york and Riu was a perfect spot really close to Times Square. Except the construction infront every thing else was fantastic.Room size is reasonable compared to new york and the ambience was great. We loved our room enough space. The breakfast that was included with the stay was the best experience. Lot of varieties including pastries, breads, egg options, meat and fish counter, fruits, potatoes, sausages and patties. Loved all the drinks hot and cold.Will surely come back for our next visit.

The room was very clean, had everything we needed, and the location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet that came with our room was amazing and included too many items to list...all fabulous!!!The staff was wonderful, especially the Bellman, Santiago, who went out to the street to find us a cab to the airport when the service they use said there would be a delay. He was so helpful and polite! The other staffers were great, too, with the exception of Shawn, the bartender, who had a bad attitude and needs to learn some manners and to smile occasionally.

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel - April 2022. AMAZING CENTRAL LOCATION FOR TIMES SQUARE. Check-in service was great.Staff amazing, very friendly and approachable. Room was above our expectation, outstanding view from the 41st floor to which you could see times square. The beds were made very day and a general tidy up. Fresh towels and an amazing bed ! We had breakfast 3 times, no waiting time, got seated straight away. Decent selection of food.Great fruit selection. Also had a gym, if I would have known I would have packed some gym wear. Would highly recommend and would book again in the future.HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE:There are two Hotel Riu Plaza in times square, when I booked my transfer I selected the other hotel without realising there were 2 hotels.This caused a bit of an issue at with the transfer, nothing to do with the hotel.Just be mindful !

Excelente hotel. Ótimo custo benefício. Instalações praticamente novas, modernas e limpas. Equipe muito atenciosa, sempre pronta a ajudar. Na ocasião a gerente era uma brasileira, Natália, extremamente atenciosa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, de ótima qualidade e com muitas opções. A localização é muito boa, há alguns passos da Times Square.

El hotel es nuevo (feb 2022) el desayuno es muy muy bueno (es de 7 a 10 y siempre están reponiendo todo), las camas son lo más cómodo del mundo. Las piezas de buen tamaño, tienen sofá cama (cómodo), escritorio, el baño bueno con buen secador de pelo. Te limpian la habitación todos los días y te dejan dos agüitas en el frigobar. Todo muy muy bien excepto que el personal no usa mascarilla. Todo el personal es muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

I didn't stay here so I couldn't give stars for room and service. My cousin stayed here but we were walking and checking the scenery on time square. We went in her hotel to use the bathroom. The art and craftsmanship was breathing taking. The location is right in the middle of Time square.

I'm not very well traveled but I was very pleased with my experience here. The front desk was very accommodating to our needs. The complementary breakfast was outstanding, probably one of the best I have seen. We were on the 26th floor and had a great view of the city. Room was very modern and clean. We will definitely be going back soon. (Advice: do not use booking.com to book here. They tried to make it complicated. Riu took care of us themselves.)

Very frustrating. Booked my room with the promise that it would be available. Suddenly, I get an email about a week ago that said they won't be able to accommodate any room, and that I was being transferred (not my choice) to a different RIU property. As a result, I was told that the early check in I had been promised at the other property would now cost me an additional $150 at the new property. Completely unfair, and I should not be punished because RIU can't properly accommodate those who made reservations months in advance.

Muy frustrante. Reservé mi habitación con la promesa de que estaría disponible. De repente, recibí un correo electrónico hace aproximadamente una semana que decía que no podían acomodar ninguna habitación y que me estaban transfiriendo (no es mi elección) a una propiedad diferente de RIU. Como resultado, me dijeron que el registro anticipado que me habían prometido en la otra propiedad ahora me costaría $ 150 adicionales en la nueva propiedad. Elegante hotel turístico y familiar ,hablan ingles y español a una cuadra de "times square"el desayunos incluidos y muy variados con sabor latino,las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias.mi estadía fue por 16 dias y la único negativo fue que todos los primeros 5 días tuve que llamar a recepción por que faltaba algo en la habilitación ,primer día no había jabón,2do día no había papel sanitario ect.

Elegante hotel turístico e familiar, falam inglês e espanhol a uma quadra da "times square" os pequenos almoços incluídos e muito variados com um sabor latino, os quartos são confortáveis e muito limpos. A minha estadia foi de 16 dias e o único aspecto negativo é que todos nos primeiros 5 dias tive que ligar para a recepção porque faltava algo na autorização, no primeiro dia não havia sabonete, no segundo dia não havia papel higiênico etc.

Elegant tourist and family hotel, they speak English and Spanish one block from "times square" the breakfasts included and very varied with a Latin flavor, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. My stay was for 16 days and the only negative was that all the first 5 days I had to call reception because something was missing in the authorization, first day there was no soap, 2nd day there was no toilet paper ect.
