Excelente hotel!! Comida muy rica, todo el tiempo tienes algo que hacer por los espectáculos que tienen y sus juegos de mesa, Pool partys. La playa es hermosa, la vista y las habitaciones excelente, también hay cajero para que no salgas del hotel. Muy buena atención, sobre todo de Diego del bar del lobby. Sin duda regresaríamos!!!

Una experiencia inolvidable. Desde la primera atención en el Check in donde noa atendieron de manera muy atenta y cálida por Erazmo. Los restaurant todos deliciosos cada detalle hasta en la habitación con botella de Çhampang para festejar con copas y detalle en la cama cada día nos pudo encantar. Nos gustó mucho. Estuvimos cerca de todo. Para visitar. Contratamos algunos paseos siempre bien atendidos por Javier que nos puso en contacto con los proveedores de excursiones. Chichen Itza, Cozumel. Todo nos encanto. La estancia no tuvo ningún detalle que no nos gustará. Gracias al Equipo de Hotel Riu Palace Península por hacer de nuestra semana de vacaciones una gran experiencia. Volveremos con el Favor de Dios.

Ambiente muito agradável com um atendimento que não deixa a desejar em absolutamente nada. Tem comida de vários países e atividades durante todo o dia. As piscinas são grandes e bonitas. O mar dispensa comentários, a água é um espetáculo.

O hotel é bem localizado, organizado e com bons funcionários Fui recebida pelo Erasmo e ele me apresentou o hotel e benefícios Fiquei hospedada 13 dias na área "VIP Adults Only". É uma área só para adultos, com hidromassagem, banheira e piscina exclusiva. Também há restaurante a la carte exclusivos para quem fica hospedado nestes quartos. Gostei de todos os restaurantes. A variação da comida é ótima. De bebidas também, porém comparada as do meus país são muito doces e com pouco álcool. rs O serviço de quarto é 24h. As piscinas podem ser usadas das 8h as 19h. Os shows no bar La Latina são ótimos. As vezes tem boate na areia da praia também É possível consultar a programação pelo app RIU Hotels ou no calendário que existe ao lado da piscina principal. Há um espaço kids e com programação para eles. Espaço de arte, pintura e SPA também estão disponíveis porém é pago à parte. Caso precise fazer passeios, há vendedores pela manhã e tarde no bar La Latina. Ponto negativo: meu pacote oferecia passeio catamarã gratuito, porém quando fui buscar informação tentaram me cobrar pelo serviço. Uma dica: baixem o app RIU Hotels e conheça melhor seu pacote, serviços do hotel, festas, shows e programação. Também é possível ver cardápio dos restaurantes e bares. Espero voltar um dia ❤️❤️❤️

Excelentes vacaciones, en la playa el servicio del mesero Cruz es excelente jamas nos dejo sin bebidas, el chavo de recepción Daniel inigualable, en la playa hay muchos pecesillos para snorkelear, mucha comida, mucho alcohol, a 3min del cocobongo, buenas instalaciones en gral. Cada quien habla de como le va en la feria y a nosotros nos fue excelentemente.

The staff is amazing. They are very kind and there to help you with any doubts or bring you a drink by the pool. Customer service is a 10/10. The food is delicious! There is a great assortment of food items to choose from and restaurants. You will always find something to eat that is of your liking. The only food that isn't good is the one served outside by the pool. The rooms are decent, but I did expect them to be a little nicer considering the price and hotel rating. The spa is not included and overpriced. You can find cheaper spas outside the hotel. The entertainment is phenomenal! They are great at getting the vibe going and performing.

This is such a beautiful property in an amazing location! Room had a phenomenal view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. The food was amazing particularly the buffett which we enjoyed everyday at least one meal. The only negative comments I can make would be the temperature of the room it was consistently 80 degrees in the room while the common public areas were quite cool. Not very refreshing after a lot of activity on a hot day. The other would be the room only has one working power outlet. This may be just the room we were in, but not very convenient. Maintenance tried to fix it but ended up killing power to half the hotel.We are booking a trip back to Cancun and will happily staying here again. I just hope some of my negatives are addressed so I can update my rating to 5 stars which I think such an amazing place with wonderful staff deserves.

The hotel is really clean. The room was spacious however the customer service is so inconsistent! As well the food was horrible. Out of the 4 restaurants I would just recommend the Japanese.Also the bartenders at the pool bar are extremely rude and if you speak Spanish forget it you won’t get any service. Our group is from Texas and we are bilingual so we thought that if we spoke Spanish everything will be better. Huge mistake.They seem to be interested in only providing good customer service for everyone else except Mexicans. The only person that was super nice at the pool and provided us with exceptional service was Alex.Also one night we decided to go out kind of late I guess 10:30 pm and there were no taxis at the hotel. So we asked if they can call a taxi for us and they said no. So we had to figure out how to get a taxi by ourselves and when the taxi arrived he said that the hotel could just use the radio and request one. Not sure as to why they would say no. I honestly feel like we overpaid for the stay. We won’t be coming back and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope this review helps someone.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, la comida está muy buena, muy buen servicio por parte del personal, siempre están atentos a tus necesidades, claro cómo en todos lados, no falta el empleado que por algún detalle te haga sentir mal. Revisen sus horarios de salida, porque cómo dije anteriormente, hay empleados que te hacen pasar un mal rato.

Having reading those bad reviews for this hotel that got me worrying, however this is not the case, i even tested myself leaving money In the room and they only took what they are entitled for the house keeping which I put on the bed separately. one morning I was having breakfast and my money dropped out of my pocket and one of the staff saw it and picked it up and returned to me. And for the foods I can’t comment on it as everyone got a different taste, however they are 5 different restaurant and a buffet to choose from I’m sure you will find something that suit your taste. I find it all foods are nice without a question. The staffs work very hard to keep this place nice and you can see them constantly cleaning around the hotel. And I saw the staffs go beyond to serve you.( please tips them as they work very hard to keep this place nice for you to have a nice holidays, it doesn’t have to be much I only tips 20 peso for the waitress as I can and 50 peso for house keeping). As for the room you get what you paid for, I was staying at the villa so my room is bigger than other room in the building. ( If you have question about the villa room you can ask question here and I will try my best to reply). Now the beach, as for the hotel beach,there is the big rock in the middle because of this the beach get separate into 2 small beach. If you want the view of the long sandy beach just walk to their sister hotel RIU next door only a few steps ( 5 steps 😂) away and you get a nice long sandy beach.

Não dei uma estrela por conta do chefe Javier do restaurante principal! Se todos tivessem a educação e o atendimento dele tudo seria diferente, parabéns para o Javier! No mas... as instalações parecem um motel de luxo, não passa disso! Atendimento horrível, não vale 3 estrelas do Brasil! Na minha opinião, primeiro trate os clientes de forma condizente para que receba a famosa propina! Saí de play del Carmem achando que o Brasil tinha que melhorar muito no seu atendimento, e tem mesmo, mas no riu (cancún em geral) o atendimento é mais grosseiro e não vale o que se paga! Se está acostumado com serviços de qualidades... não indico o Riu Palace Península. Existe uma parte do hotel que é só para adultos, com jacuzzi na varanda, somente algumas unidades com vista para o mar e se ficar no terceiro andar... prepare-se para subir com suas malas sem ajuda de ninguém do hotel, tanto no check-in como check-out!

Do café da manhã ao jantar fui tratado com muito carinho.. quero deixar meus parabéns para toda a equipe em especial para o Santiago, Brian , maya , celeste, Angel, Martins,Carla,Saul. Todos esses funcionários me ajudaram bastante em algum momento e sempre com sorriso no rosto..! Desejo a eles muita luz, sucesso e reconhecimento..! Parabéns a todos..!

Os cartões de acesso ao quarto dão problema toda hora Em um dia tive que ir 3 vezes a Recepcão para corrigir Isto gera um incômodo muito grande, porque chegamos cansados dos passeios e não podemos ir direto para o quarto No 4 dia eu já ia direto no banheiro da recepção para não ficar muito mais brava Não recomendo por este motivo

Buena experiencia, no es necesario dejar el hotel porque cuenta con muchas cosas, tienda, albercas, restaurantes, cajero BBVA, la playa a la que tiene acceso directo es muy hermosa, está limpia, no se encontraba llena en casi ningún momento, hay servicio de bar gran parte del día. Las albercas tienen bar y servicio, limpias, con eventos casi todos los días para los asistentes. Por las noches hay espectáculos en el teatro. El servicio a la habitación es bueno, tiene mini bar disponible. Las vistas desde cualquier ángulo son muy hermosas. Los restaurantes están muy bien, muy bueno todo, y el buffet tiene gran variedad de alimentos y muy buena atención. El personal siempre es muy buena onda, y están muy preparados para todo. Muy buen lugar, y parece seguro.

El hotel es muy bueno, en instalaciones, comida y servicio. La única mala experiencia que tuve es con un salvavidas según se llama Rafael puesto que nunca quiso decir su nombre; que a los mexicanos los discrimina y es grosero con ellos, ya que me tocó que me saque de un área común de forma bastante grosera solo por ser mexicano, hago hincapié de esto ya que en el mismo lugar había una extranjera desde hacía bastante tiempo a la cual no le dijo absolutamente nada, y cuando me retiró del lugar llegaron más extranjeros a instalarse en el mismo sitio de donde me quitó y a ellos no les dijo absolutamente nada. Además que solo estaba revisando su teléfono en todo momento y no estaba pendiente ni de las piscinas ni la playa.Dejando de lado el mal trato del salvavidas todo estuvo muy bien.

No me gustó que manejan solo 2 tipos de cama matrimonial o King size . El área de buffet está bien pero todos los días tienen lo mismos, les falta variar sus alimentos, no me encanto su surtido,los postres muy malitos. El restaurant mexicano y el orientalestán ricos , en estos 2 restaurantes los postres son un poquito mejor.La playa está muy bien, super agusto y las albercas también muy agusto con el agua calentita.El personal del hotel muy amable.

Amazing place! The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Food was great, and the drinks were flowing. The only complaint I have would be the big one-person bathtub, in the middle of the room. No one used it, and I banged my knee on it a couple times. Not a big deal, but just seems a waste of space. All in all, it's a great resort, with amazing staff! Keep up the Good Work!

Very nice and clean family resort! Beautiful views. House keeping was amazing. The themedrestaurants and buffet were all pretty good. The wait staff were very fast and extremely helpful. We did have an issue with the front desk losing one of our rooms at check in and they were not very helpful or accommodating. Had to get the travel agency involved and they resolved our issues.

NÃO VÁ A ESTE HOTEL SEM LER O COMENTÁRIO. Eu e meu marido fomos para o hotel para uma viagem de férias. Na ocasião haviamos comprado 02 telefones novos ( Iphone 13 pro max ) há 20 dias. No hotel realmente como já sabiamos fomos muito bem recebidos e a grande maioria das acomodações, restaurante muito bem estruturados. No nosso segundo dia fomos até a região da piscina e deixamos a bolsa escondida embaixo da cadeira por 5 minutos enquanto pegavamos uma bebida e adivinhem? roubaram nossa bolsa dentro do resort. No exato momento do acontecido recorremos a segurança que estava na região da piscina que simplesmente não nos ajudou em NADA. fomo até a recepção reportar o acontecido e simplesmente falaram que não se responsabilizavam e não poderiam fazer nada. ficamos o dia inteiro tentando rastrear os aparelhos e nada. Mais tarde no mesmo dia ao ir até a praia do hotel encontramos minha bolsa vazia e vimos que tinha uma camera no local aonde haviam descartado minha bolsa. Retornamos novamente a recepção do hotel para pedir que olhassem as cameras ou que nos deixassem ver. porém NADA, não nos permitiram olhar as cameras e ainda fizeram pouco caso. após 30 minutos voltamos lá e nos informaram que nas cameras foi visto uma pessoa que parecia ser hospede do hotel porém não conseguiram visualizar o rosto e não poderiam fazer nada. no dia seguinte a pessoa que roubou nosso celular começou a fazer compras pelo aplicativo e precisavamos cancelar nossos cartões e nem sequer o hotel quis nos emprestar o telefone ( queriam cobrar pelas ligações ) somente após muita insistencia nos deixaram usar o telefone porem sem nos ajudar em como teriamos que efetuar as chamadas internacionais. Deixo aqui minha indignação como cliente pela falta de segurança dentro do hotel e principalmente pela falta de assistencia e dos funcionários que estavam presentes na ocasião. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. INDIGNADA Deixo uma ressalva para Carla do RH que simplesmente não nos ajudou em NADA nem em orientações de como deveriamos proceder com o ocorrido. REVOLTANTE

An Excellent all-inclusive resort. The resort is beautiful and has everything you would want. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were on the 10th floor directly across from the ocean. The mini bar was well stocked as were the liquor dispensers. We enjoyed the pools and many activities such as volley ball and fitness class in the pool. There is plenty of beach and you can find a spot that's not too crowded. The grounds are immaculate and everything is very clean. The food was better than we expected. The buffet always had something for everyone and the food was consistently great. The steakhouse was awesome and the Italian restaurant had wonderful appetizers. We loved the grill by the pool, which has great burgers and chicken. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, including music in the lobby bar. The sax player was amazing! We also hung out in the sports bar and caught some games. The best thing about this resort is the amazing staff! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The service at the pools was awesome! The dining room staff were also pleasant and helpful. Housekeepers did a great job. We would definitely return to this resort in the future. Thank you so much!

We immediately got a surprise complimentary upgrade at check in. We were able to stay in the villas which are in an adult only area. It was spectacular. The staff was incredible and from check in to check out, everything was phenomenal. The food was delicious, the variety at the specialty restaurants was impressive, the evening entertainment well worth it, the grounds beautiful, the beach and pools gorgeous, specialty drinks amazing, and location was terrific. The bus stop to get to downtown was less than 5 minute walk and the gym on site was perfect for our weight lifting, yoga, and cardio workout needs. My husband and I and the other couple we went with had a wonderful holiday start at the Riu!

Sensacional a experiência em todos os sentidos. Hotel moderno, fui muito bem atendido por todos os funcionários. Comida maravilhosa e bebidas incríveis. Só sai para ir no Coco Bongo e no X-caret. Voltaria hj sem sombra de dúvidas.

Muy lindo el lugar

Buen servicio en general, buena comida, la habitación normal. Los pasillos son demasiado calurosos aún sin estar en verano.

Estuve hospedada en Riu Caribe y mi experiencia, fue decepcionante. No es de la categoría a la que hacen referencia. No reponen comidas del buffet (3 ofrecían lo mismo, el mexicano no abre todas las noches y el restaurante japonés es de bajísima calidad) Los refrescos no son naturales, sino jarabe. Pocos colaboradores fueron amables. La playa tiene muchas rocas, y no hay servicio de playa: reposeras sin higienizar, vasos sin recoger, las algas permanecen todo el día sin ser barridas, poca sombra. En mi dormitorio había una cucaracha. No reponen el frigobar. Tuve intenciones de pagar el adicional para el Palace Península (sabiendo que la playa era aún peor, pero esperando un mejor plan de comidas e higiene) pero no había disponibilidad. No es mi caso, pero si van con niñxs, hay pocas casi nulas atracciones.

La playa de este hotel está muy relajante. Puedes tirarte como iguana a la arena o rocas a tomar el sol sin problema. Lo recomiendo.

El mejor de la zona hotelera. En verdad la categoría palace es otro nivel, acudí del 2 al 5 de diciembre y toda la experiencia es un auténtico lujo y placer.Habitaciones realmente jr suite y camas ortopédicas con sábanas suaves así como frescas, almohadas como nubes y un baño espacioso con esa tina de hidromasaje que te ayuda a recuperar de un día por el glorioso xcaret o su zona de antros.Todo queda a unos mins caminando y el personal de hotel es tan amable que pareciera ya les diste propina, que nunca te exijen ni si quiera te la insinúan. Al contrario yo buscaba darles propinas.Si llegas con un estado soberbio te tratarán así pero si llegas con calidez y humildad ellos sabrán distinguir te como paisano para atenderte mucho mejor que al extranjero.Siempre atendieron el room service en todo momento, es sin duda mi máxima recomendación en Cancún para toda mi familia. Efectivamente puedes hacer uso de instalaciones de cualquier Riu excepto el palace las Américas que no entran niños

Beautiful resort...but the purple accent colors are just too much.The staff is amazing...super clean and you can tell the staff takes pride in their place of employment. The drinks were strong too!The only bad thing I can say is their onion soup happened to suck...

While the hotel/service itself was good, the companies they choose to incorporate - particularly the Fini Dreams Jewelry have made it so I will never stay at another Riu. Fini is an absolutely fraudulent business, do not go here. They will inform you that they will issue refunds within 15 days (even going as far as to advise you to take a picture of the receipt in case you need to do a return, exchange, etc.) Upon attempting a return, as the jewelry is about 5x more expensive than it will assess for at retail by independent appraisal, they will inform you that due to Covid 19 they do not take refunds. Manager / staff even went so far as to insist I was lying and just thought the price was in pesos.Absolutely shameful to use a global pandemic to rip people off.

Had an awesome time. This was my secondtime coming. Great customer service, 24 hour room service in room bar. They did an excellent job with covid regulations. All you have to do is relax

Hotel entrega o que promete. Nota 4 porquê os restaurantes temáticos deixam a desejar. Não serviram lagosta em nenhum dia. A maioria dos garçons são cordeais mas alguns só funcionam a base de gorjeta de um dólar. O bar da praia é bom mas os drinks são batizados com água ou pouquíssima tequila ou rum, inclusive o whisky tinha água. O bar da recepção serve drinks o tempo todo e o serviço é muito bom.As acomodações são boas, limpas e não cheiram mofo.A visão da sacada é fantástica.

Desde el momento de la llegada la atención por todo el personas fue excelente y nos atendieron de la mejor manera solucionando todas nuestras dudas, nos dieron una buena habitación y nos encanto con una maravillosa vista y qué decir de la calidad de la comida fue lo mejor, sin duda vamos a regresar. Mi esposo y mi hija estaban cumpliendo años y nos celebraron muy lindos cantando cumpleaños pastel y atención en la habitación. Inmesamente agradecidos con todo el personal. The best restaurant was the Italian one and the best dish was the lamb. The pizza was great too!! The staff was all incredibly helpful and we had a great time.I didn't provide the full 5 stars because our room was lacking a couple things when we checked in. The tequila and ginebra bottles were empty, the shower head did not work, the bathtub was missing the stopper, our TV didn't work, and the sink was missing glassware. They remedied everything except for the TV and shower head for us as soon as we put our maintenance requests in.The app was really convenient to use all week and the silent concert was SO MUCH fun! We frequented the Cafe several times for the yummy lattes and pastries too.Thank you guys for a great time and for the champagne and strawberries to celebrate our anniversary!!!

Pela terceira vez me hospedei no hotel Riu Caribe. Na terceira vez às 15 h do dia 05.11.2021 eu, meu marido e um casal de amigos fomos tentar conhecer aos instalações principais da recepção do hotel Riu Palace Península que fica ao lado do Riu Caribe, com um intuito de nos hospedarmos da próxima vez.Quando chegamos, apareceu um funcionário que trajava um uniforme de salva vidas do hotel nos proibindo de acessar a recepção do hotel porque não éramos hóspedes . Fomos saber com a recepção do nosso hotel, Riu Caribe, quais eram o procedimento para visitar o hotel e o recepcionista nos falou que estávamos certos, ou seja, bastava procurar o lobby do hotel e comunicar que estávamos conhecendo. Nos sentimos muito constrangidos com a atitude do funcionário. Uma decepção. Parecia que éramos criminosos.

El hotel es bonito nos dieron una habitación sin reservar pero hay cosas que deben corregir. Nos dieron una minisuit vista al. Mar piso 15. Todo Muy bonito. Lo malo fue que la televisión no funcionaba tuvieron que cambiarla al día siguiente. La puerta se cerró por dentro y esperamos 30 minutos para que la abran. La playa es bonita, pero rocosa de ingreso.

Little disappointed with this Riu experience. We have been in several Riu hotels around the world and I must say this one is the worst one (and probably the most expensive one) Majority of the staff is a little rude and seems like they all hate their job. Starting with annoyed receptionist trying to get rid of you as soon as possible and giving you zero information about anything. The room is falling apart (Jr. Suite), we had to call maintenance 2 times, nobody ever said sorry or anything and made us wait in the room for the maintenance to arrive and also until they finish repairing things. We had eventually found more things not working, but just couldn’t be bothered to call anyone anymore. The room service is a joke, we had tried ordering something 2 times and have been told (in a little annoyed way) that it is not possible that they ran out. Late check out also not possible without paying 10$ for every additional hour after 11am. Being member of Riu Class doesn’t mean anything here either. The only positive thing I can say is that the food is pretty good comparing to other Riu hotels, but you also pay a fair price for it. I would not come here again and seriously considering if I ever go to any other Riu hotel.

Food was not great and cold or undercooked. Covid mandates were so contradictory. Mask requirements didnt suit the entertainment or location considering the crowds and atmosphere. Should they require them they should supply them as well. Under staffed and crew on site not as polite or attentive for an all inclusive. Be aware they charge for every little small thing. Needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel.

Terrible service.Very disappointed in this Hotel.I wish I would of read the reviews before booking as it seems there are several that have dealt with rude customer service at the RIU, especially the front desk, "Abigail". She was very rude and disrespectful.When we went to check out she told us we owed $100 for stained sheets. We had asked for a fresh pair of sheets due to sand being all over the bed from taking a nap.We explained we did not stain the sheets, the she proceeded to say "ok, $70".By this point we were so over it, I told my husband to just pay so we could leave.She then tells us she didn't have any change. My husband went to go look for some change.While my daughter & I stood by the front desk counter waiting for him to return. I hear Abigail tell the bell boys in Spanish ( guess she didn't think i knew what she was saying), she told them "do not let them leave, they owe money".I then told Abigail "ma'am that is very rude, we are not going anywhere we are going to pay your money, I have been standing here the whole time for you to say thing in front of us".She turned extremely red and walked away.When she came back again, I told her that was very rude customer service, to say something like that while we are clearly not going anywhere and patiently waiting at the check out. My husband returns with change pay the money and she then tells us one of the $20 is slightly torn and she can't accept.By his point our patience has run thin. My husband told her she eitheraccepts it or she will get nothing at all. Of course she took it.Thankfully the wait staff was GREAT to us and maybe the check in/check out staff can learn a thing or two from them.We will never go to Riu Palace again.oh yeah they do charge you $5.00 for a mask, but yet they require it while in the facility.again, just ripping people off for money.We will stick to the Royalton Hotel.

A joke!!Grounds and resort are beautiful.The food is less than to be desired.They have a small buffet outside to serve the whole pool area.The line is always 30-40 minute wait, but the best part is it closes at 2:30, so if you want food or a snack you have to go inside and sit in a dark room and eat.You can’t take the food out of the dark room, you have to stay there to eat.This is suppose to be a “five” star resort.Don’t pay the extra, it’s the same caliber as the other Riu’s (food and rooms).This will be the last time staying at a Riu.We had a bad experience before and thought we’d give this one another chance, since it’s suppose to be premium.Save your money and go elsewhere.

If you like AC and a cool night’s sleep, this isn’t the right place for you. Overall,a great stay, but I wouldn’t return. The room temp wouldn’t come down below 75 F or 24 C. We asked for a new room and after the 3rd try we realized it’s probably the whole hotel. This turned out to be accurate as our friends had the same issue and also changed rooms. So in total 7 rooms on 4 different floors essentially didn’t have AC. Other guests had the same complaint. The bed was relatively uncomfortable. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Luckily the buffet was great because the steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were hardly edible. We had to go to the buffet after eating at the restaurants. I have to highlight the buffet had amazing deserts. The cafe was really neat and great to lounge at. It overlooks the resort and ocean. Every day the buffet had a different overall theme giving a huge variation during our 10 day stay. Customer service is superb. Speak with Ranata if you need anything. She’s amazing. Getting by with or without English is not an issue. Everything is kept very clean. Overall condition of the premises is great with a just a couple of areas that could use some touch-ups. Very child friendly with child friendly pools, activities and shows. Beach was messy with plant life that washed up. But they cleaned it up after a few days, giving us a great beach to use most of our 10 day trip. Personally it’s a deal breaker if my room is 75 degrees at best! We had to sleep with the fan blowing on us which is a tad noisy and highly uncomfortable having large fan blow at full blast on you all night and day.

Estrutura muito boa! Para um hotel que tem 18 anos, está bem conservado. Senti falta de ducha higiênica no banheiro do apto.

Excelente hotel super recomendo, em Cancun.

Fiquei 16 dias neste hotel com minha família em maio de 2021. Comida excelente e atendimento de primeira; somente no bar do canto da praia o barman de nome Emmanuel que não atendia feliz. Parecia que ele trabalhava com raiva. Minha esposa e meu filho tiveram a mesma impressão. Vou manter a nota 5 pq. não quero atrapalhar o excelente serviço dos demais funcionários.I stayed at this hotel for 16 days with my family in May 2021. Excellent food and first class service;only at the bar on the corner of the beach there was the barman named Emmanuel, who was not happy to attend.It looked like he was working with anger.My wife and son had the same impression.I'll keep the maximum note because I don't want to get in the way of the excellent service of the staff.

We stayed 4 nights 5 days and we had a great time. The room was super clean and comfortable. We were given a beach view because we explained we were celebrating our anniversary and that made a huge difference. Everyone were wearing masks and trying to respect social distancing (as much as possible), they make you feel very safe. Most of their staff were super nice, the coffee shop ladies are amazing, cleaning ladies too. Rodolfo (one of the bar servers) was super nice all the time with us, took good care of us and our drinks. Beach was nice and clean, you could see all the hard work they do to maintain the hotel clean and beautiful. Food, it was good. Nothing super wow but really good food, fresh and made from scratch. I like the fact that they don’t let you go eat in swimsuits, that’s always nice. Drinks, we weren’t fun of the cocktails. They tasted weird until someone recommended us to order your favorite drink with your favorite alcohol, so I started ordering margarita with Don Julio and made a huge difference. Beers are cold and always refreshing, my favorite drink at the beach was the mango tango super yummy. Overall we had a great experience, the only “bad thing” I can tell is that I went to the bar close to the beach and I forgot my mask, I understand that they are following rules not to serve anyone without a mask so I apologize to the bar tender and he was kind of rude, I must say all this was in Spanish because I’m Mexican. He said in Spanish: go seat there and I’ll bring your drink but very upset and almost yelling at me. I didn’t care much until an American looking person approached to him (without a mask) asking for a drink and his manners were totally different, he was nice and in a nicely manner asked her to seat down and wait for her drink I wish I had asked for his name though. Overall, this is a great hotel with great amenities and great employees.

Amazing Time😎 If you are looking for a super clean, modern hotel this is the place. I got here a week ago and so far everything is 5 stars. I was worried about Covid rules and if it's going to be an issue. YOU GOT NOTHING TO WORRY. Once you check-in they will explain everything and the process is very smooth. Employees working super hard to keep the area clean, masks are required in all restaurants, lobby, and elevators. There are 5 pools, 2 adults, and 3 for everyone. If you are a beach person you will enjoy it 100% water is so clean with white sand. NO SEAWEED. RENATA at the front desk was super nice, since we are here with our other friends she gave us rooms next to each other :) The food is great, all restaurants are open. All rooms come with a beautiful glass balcony and an amazing ocean view. They also have a kids club and they are super friendly. We are still here and we love it !!! I would strongly suggest that you come to this beautiful Riu Hotel There is only one thing that I would suggest and that's to add some kinda wall between the room and bathroom. If you are here with teenagers there is zero privacy once you step out of the shower to dress up. A tip is not required but these people work super hard and your $5 will be very appreciated. Hotel bacana, achei alimentação razoável, poderia ser melhor, os restaurantes como segunda opção Italiano, Japonês não estão abertos todos os dias, durante o dia não tinha uma variedade de opções, achei isso péssimo, as bebidas muito gelo, eu não tomo cerveja, mas meu marido sim, ele comentava sempre, que estava quente, toda hora pedia para trocar, não gostei da decoração do hotel, tudo roxo, super estranho, nos corredores dos quartos, super quentes não tinha ventilação, agora um ponto super positivo (o atendimento) perfeito, preciso deixar aqui uma PARABÉNS para o Eduardo Bressant. pensa em uma pessoa querida, atenciosa, educadíssimo, ele merece nosso respeito, segunda vez em cancun, não voltopara este hotel, achei o preço altíssimo, porém deixou a desejar em vários detalhes.

I definitely miss being here at a time like this. The service was phenomenal, staff are attentive and view is amazing! I had so much fun when I spent the week here. When this pandemic is over I would love to come here for another vacation. I enjoyed how even though the buffet was closed for a period of time to prepare for the next meal, there would be a pizza spot available by the pool.

Very fun and relaxing place! Server Alicia at the buffet is AMAZING- one of the best servers I have ever had!! Ask for her for breakfast and lunch!! Resort is very clean, pride in all the employees is noticeable!! The burlesque show was awesome!! Wish it was longer. Only negative thing or suggestion is to leave the pools open past 7pm!! Maybe leave open until 10pm or add lighting to the ocean front for night time swimming. We will be back!!

Spent an amazing week here, would love to go back. Some activities are limited due to covid but honestly no complaints at all. Kids and adults all loved it

No volvería a hospedarme aquí. La comida es Regular La playa pequeña no es apta para menores. Mucho oleaje y piedras. El check inn con Mariana duro 1 hora y media parados. No hay servicio de habitación ( room service ). El frigobar no funcionaba bien. Las bebidas estaban calientes 😡 No hay Valet Parking. El check inn es hasta las 4 de la tarde y el check out a las 11 de la mañana. Ya son dos horas menos en el hotel. Se dice ser todo incluído y no lo es. La seguridad del hotel deja mucho que desear ya que los huéspedes en la albercasobre todo los extranjeros ya estaban borrachos y se peleaban entre ellos y unos vomitaron en la alberca. 🤢🤮 Por el precio que pagas no es el servicio ni la calidad que te prometen. Se supone estamos todavía con la sana distancia y no respetaban ni ponía el ejemplo el hotel. Unas mesas pegadas a otras. La gente haciendo filas. Una persona de color se acercó a nuestra amaca en la alberca y nos ofreció droga. Fue incómodo y molesto ya que estaba con mi esposa y mi hija menor. La habitación estaba descuidados los muebles y las paredes. Que pena por qué si estaba muy emocionado pero no volvería a hospedarme aquí. No lo recomiendo ya que por el precio que pagas no recibes la calidad que prometen y promueven.

Desde la llegada, nuestra habitación no estuvo lista,me citaron cada media hora y hasta la 4 vez la asignaron, 5 pm, no hubo ninguna explicación en todas las ocasiones me obligaron a hacer fila, no hubo ninguna introducción sobre albercas, horarios, restaurantes temáticos ni nada, las camas son fatales, es imposible tener un buen descanso, hablo de la matrimonial que asignan a 2 personas, las actividades deportivas y nocturnas son muy pobres, casi nulas, la playa mala y muy chica, ruidos de presión de agua toda la noche, no volveré a esta marca de hotel. Rara vez escribo comentarios, pero prefiero decirlo y que ka gente que vaya no tenga sorpresas, eso yo lo agradecería, solo me llamaron el día de mi salida30 minutos antes solo para avisarme que si no salia a las 11 para decirme que si no salia con máximo a esa hora habría un cargo a mi habitación, si quieres un lugar frio y distante, sin calidad el Riu es tu alternativa

Amazing hotel and staff!! Took all the precautions during for Covid with hand sanitizer everywhere and masks required around food. The buffet and all restaurants were delicious! Entertainment staff was super fun! Highly recommended and definitely will return!!

La comida es buena, el jefe de meseros es una persona que contagia con su buena vibra, la playa excelente (cuando fui el agua estaba a una buena temperatura todo el día/noche), las habitaciones no son tan grandes como se ven en fotos. Lo malo, creo que las instalaciones están un poco viejas, falta de personal en la alberca para las bebidas y ya.

Excelente atención, una felicitación a todo el personal, meseros, cocineros, sin duda volvemos pronto. De entrada pidan la sopa, de postre el mouse, no tengo comentario para describir lo rico que está y lo bien atendido. GRACIAS.

Increíble lugar, la playa está hermosa porque no tiene oleaje es como una pequeña bahía, diario limpian el poco sargazo que llega y durante el día también están limpiando, tiene suficientes camastros , la atención de todo el personal es de de lujo, los alimentos maravillosos , en verdad les recomiendo este hotel

Hermoso hotel minimalista, personal atento sin llegar a ser abrumador, amables van más allá de solo cumplir, la limpieza de la abitacion siempre impecable y en mi opinión igual en el resto de todo el hotel,buffet muy variado muy rico, los restaurantes a la carta muy muy recomendables guardan el código de vestimenta pero sin llegar a ser molestos o cerrados,sus espectáculos nocturnos variados y divertidos, me gustó mucho es mi primer visita pero sin duda la primera de muchas altamente recomendable.

Hola lamentablemente tengo que dirigirme a ustedes por este medio debido a que la reserva que tuve recientemente en el hotel mencionado Riu palace península en donde se hospedó mi familia del 12 al 16 de septiembre han sido las vacaciones más decepcionantes de su cadena hotelera. si pudieran revisar mi historial con ustedes se viajado por lo menos una vez al año en sus diferentes destinos y nunca había tenido una mala experiencia como la de estas últimas vacaciones. me da pesar y más debido a esta contingencia y situacional típica que estamos viviendo El personal de su hotel y el servicio también hayan caído junto con la pandemia. Sabemos que el tema de esta situación se conlleva con tiempo pero la calidad debería de ser la misma y me siento decepcionado a tal grado de no volver a vacacionar con ustedes. los problemas comenzaron desde el check-in al entregar una habitación que tuvo fallas eléctricas. Posteriormente la atención del personal en los restaurantes era denigrante e inclusive se veía un favoritismo por los vacacionistas extranjeros y la diferencia de atención hacia los nacionales era muy notoria. a pesar de la poca gente que había en el hotel la atención de servicio en el área de playa y la alberca era demasiado tardarán A diferencia del año pasado que estaban a un 90% y la experiencia fue totalmente distinta. Lo peor de todo fueron los restaurantes asignados para cenar las reservas no funcionaban el trato de los meseros hacia nosotros los comensales era pésima tardada Y prácticamente te estaban corriendo del restaurante. Coincidimos cada año en festejar las fiestas patrias con ustedes pero nos hemos dado cuenta que la dinámica y el show a pesar de un año de diferencia sigue siendo lo mismo de cada año sería bueno que evolucionaran y cambiarán el performans de cómo celebrar una fiesta mexicana. Y Para cerrar con broche de oro el último día antes de retirarse del hotel queríamos aprovechar las últimas horas en las instalaciones de la alberca y al salir resulta que no hay toallas las tendrían listas dentro de poco más de 2 horas y nosotros teníamos que estar listos en una hora para tomar el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.... Tristemente las peores vacaciones de septiembre que he tenido. Lo único rescatable a lo cual solicitó su gratificación y agradecimiento es al señor Genaro Roque personal de recepción que estuvo al pendiente de hacer lo más humanamente posible por cada problema que tuvimos pero desafortunadamente el resto del personal quedaba faltó de vocación. Espero De antemano puedan resarcir el daño ocasionado y puedan tomar las sugerencias de tal manera que le sirvan a ustedes cómo puntos de mejora. Insisto el tema de la pandemia sabemos que es algo delicado pero no hay nada más importante que la calidad servicio y atención al cliente que esto queda totalmente desligado de la pandemia. Agradezco de antemano su seguimiento y atención a esta queja sugerencia

Tenemos (5 ) días en este lugar y es lo máximo su comida excelente y su personal muy amables respetuosos y dispuestos ayudarte en todo especialmente SAÚL excelente persona 🙃 y todos atienden muy bien 👍🏻 la playa es maravillosa mi familia y yo estamos enamorados de este hotel!Si quieren que sus vacaciones sean maravillosas son quejas y que quedemos a gusto venga aquí 🙂

Very clean and took great measures go ensure social distancing. Rooms were spacious and cleaned twice daily. Everyone wore masks and their app replaced the need for paper menus and pamphlets. Food was good and you had to get drinks at the bar since the liquor dispensers were empty due to covid-19.

We stay at this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel loby and all the outside was super nice and clean. Including restaurant and buffet. But the rooms where not that clean example in my room in the shower wall you could see green mold. The food was good. In the buffet but lot of time the food was Coldit happen in the breakfast and dinner that i got food that was cold. They don't check temperature of food or quality like i have seen others resorts do. I expected more for a 5 star hotel we feel like we pay for a 3 Star hotel not 5. Our room the ceiling fan was like falling from the ceiling. The wall chargers seem like old so i was no esay to charge the phone because i feel down everytime. The best restaurant was Krystal and the best person that treat US beyond awesome was FREDY AT the Krystal restaurant overall the attention was super good but this guy went beyond. We go on vacation alot, but Riu Palace leave us with a sweet and sour taste...

Beautiful beautiful resort! Super friendly staff and amazing views. Worth every penny!! Especially being all inclusive. Drinks and food unlimited. Nice restaurants on the ground floor. Make sure you get the rooms that end with number 8 to get the beach view and jacuzzi on the balcony !! Enjoyed my stay, they adhere to all CDC policy and had hand sanitizer at every location.

Reading some of these reviews, makes me wonder about individuals standards. 1. You are lied the minute you check in. “You don’t have an oceanfront view with the Suite you booked, however I will upgrade for free”. Newsflash ALL rooms are oceanfront. They don’t have rooms facing the back side of the hotel. One gimmick to ask for a gratuity the minute you check in. 2. Rooms are poor in overall quality. From 1-10, I will grade 5. 3. Staff work really hard and underpaid to make you feel good and accommodate your needs. I will grade a 9.5. However, this does not apply to upper management. 4. Pool area: When was the last time you saw staff washing concrete bu using buckets to take water from the pool? In the 7 days, I did not notice any staff hosing down the pool area. Instead those poor workers kept using buckets to take water from the pool. 5. Restrooms by the pool: This so called resort does not have a single restroom outside or around any of the pool area. Guests have to walk for 10 minutes to go inside the hotel to use restrooms. One must wonder with many drinking in the pool, how many get lazy to walk inside the hotel soaking wet to use restroom. Complete disaster. 6. Outside showers near pool area: Some work and some don’t. Push buttons broken. Pool area concrete semi clean. 7. Vendors are there to lie and con people. BE AWARE AND WARNED. I discovered that the hotel is aware of these individuals conning their guests and they won’t do anything about it. Instead I will quote hotel managers answer “you’re in a foreign Country, these vendors are capable of doing everything and anything”. Well at this point line was drawn not to ever go to another RIU hotel. I have traveled throughout different parts of the world and especially various parts of Mexico. This particular establishment will receive D- from me. Of course feel free to spend your precious family time and money and experience what most have. Good luck.

Very kind staff, clean hotel!

This place is wonderful. The food is awesome and there is so much to choose from. The staff here were all very friendly and were wearing masks. Everyone working here was wearing a mask from the people at the pool to the people cleaning the rooms. Those, ladies do an excellent job. They even come in the night to make sure you don’t need anything such as extra towels. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. The grounds are very well kept and people are constantly cleaning.

The grounds, rooms and hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff extremely friendly! Armando and Adrian in the dining area are the best!! We requested to be seated with Armando every day. We were treated like family . I recommend them highly!!! Felix at the pool bar is also highly recommended for his excellent service. Never had to wait or even tell him what we wanted. All these servers remembered everything we wanted. Excellent service all around

Hotel oferece serviços de excelente qualidade, desde varandas com uma vista deslumbrante, estrutura de lazer digna de um hotel 5 estrelas e conta com um diferencial para quem gosta de comer muito bem! Possui um restaurante buffet muito variado e diversos restaurantes temáticos!

Espetacular!!! Foram dias de muita satisfação nesse hotel! Equipe muito bem treinada, funcionários simpáticos, prestativos, quartos bem abastecidos de todas as bebidas, comida dos restaurante de muito bom gosto, limpeza em todos os ambientes sempre impecável, inclusive piscinas. Quartos muito bem limpos e perfumados. Toda a equipe está de parabéns!!!

Simplesmente deslumbrante. Hotel completo com all-inclusive com mais de 10 opções de restaurantes. Uma variedade gigante de pratos, mesmo nos bandeijões . Muitas opções de piscinas, o que te permite escolher entre adultos, crianças, solteiros ou sossego. Animadores a todo tempo nas piscinas maiores. Existe uma piscina pequena para as crianças e um ambiente para deixá -las com monitores. Temos shows, inclusive com música ao vivo, todos os dias no hotel. Todos funcionarioa, sem exceções, são cordiais e pro-ativos. Cardápio de bebidas com muitas opções. A praia é tranquila e calma, ideal para passar horas. Os passeios podem ser contratados no próprio hotel, pois ficam algunsconsultores das companhias de turismo. Enfim, recomendo demais esse hotel. Ah sim, já estava me esquecendo... problemas para dormir? O quarto possui isolamento acústico, mesmo com os shows no hotel, não se escuta nada do quarto. Melhor opção x custo benefício!!
