“It was a decent experience, however so many issues . When we arrived we were cutting close on time to get to a wedding while getting ready figured out there was no hot water to our room. Left came back at 11pm still no hot water as well as the AC wasn’t working it says it was but it didn’t get colder. Then morning came around for breakfast down stairs the waiter was flustered and had to ask for certain things multiple times and the breakfast potatoes were raw . The pancakes were nasty and the food was cold , the cheese in our omelets weren’t even melted . The jacuzzi also outside was barely even bath water warm . When brought it to the managers attention they only wanted to comp my meal and give some extra points . I feel like it could’ve been handled better and comped better as well. Foi uma experiência decente, porém com tantos problemas. Quando chegamos, estávamos cortando a tempo de chegar a um casamento enquanto nos preparamos, descobrimos que não havia água quente no nosso quarto. A esquerda voltou às 23h, ainda sem água quente, bem como o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, diz que estava, mas não ficou mais frio. Então a manhã chegou para o café da manhã descendo as escadas, o garçom ficou confuso e teve que pedir certas coisas várias vezes e as batatas do café da manhã estavam cruas. As panquecas eram desagradáveis e a comida estava fria, o queijo em nossas omeletes nem estava derretido. O jacuzzi também do lado de fora mal estava com a água do banho quente. Quando trouxeram à atenção dos gerentes, eles só queriam compensar minha refeição e dar alguns pontos extras. Eu sinto que poderia ter sido mais bem tratado e compilado melhor também.”

“This hotel is an absolute joke. It is new construction and the shower never has hot water. You can let it run for five minutes and it still doesn’t heat up. You complain to the desk and they give you some lie about how everyone is arriving and that’s why the water is cold. I have stayed here twice, during different days and different months and this hotel consistently doesn’t have hot water. So you’re effectively paying higher prices for a new hotel and room where you can’t even have a shower comfortably. NEVER AGAIN. Este hotel é uma piada absoluta. É uma construção nova e o chuveiro nunca tem água quente. Você pode deixá-lo funcionar por cinco minutos e ainda assim não esquenta. Você reclama com a recepção e eles mentem sobre como todos estão chegando e é por isso que a água está fria.
