“This place is a low budget Hilton Garden with expensive rooms. I arrived to check in my room was reserved by my job the front desk clerk kept saying the room wasn't paid for to only find out 30 minutes later they were wrong. Finally got to my room the air conditioning doesn't work only the fan and the thermostat is rigged that way. So I was uncomfortable all night. Got up the next morning went down for coffee no creamer for the coffee. They advertise free breakfast on the website but when you get there they actually charge you for breakfast. Housekeeping attempts to come in your room at 9am on the day your checking out when check out is at 12 noon. I walk out of my room to find a pile of dirty laundry at the door of not just my room but almost all the rooms on the floor. This place can do better. This is my second stay here and each time the same thing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! FRAUDULENT TO SAY THE LEAST. The people are nice but that's the only nice thing! I'm trying to find a way to report this place to a corporate official.”
