Entertainment: Fernanda, Dael, and Melany are absolutely fantastic. Not just because they are fun - they are very nice people. A lot of entertainment staff at other resorts are fun but don’t always truly take the time and get to know their guests. They were genuinely interested in us as people and I looked forward to each day with them. Thank you. They are 5 star quality.Food: There are some dishes that stand out like the spring rolls and poke bowl at silk city and the awesome lunch at bites. Pizza at the pool with…..Oscar? The usual pizza guy….he is AMAZING. Then there is everything else….it’s typical for resort food and only ok unless you get a Mexican dish which were my favorite (chicken tinga and all the tostadas). Our romantic dinner was ABSOLUTELY exceeding resort food expectations though. Absolutely wonderful and worth it if you do a romantic dinner. Best meal we had.Nightlife: AMAZING. DJ at the pools all day and DJ at wink all night. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get down and/or get upset that music goes late. This is why we came for 7 days and it was AMAAAAZING.Service: pascal is SO MUCH FUN every morning for breakfast. He seems to really enjoy serving his guests and having a good time. Tequila for breakfast, champagne for breakfast, you name it pascal is your guy!Bar tenders don’t get enough credit at all. They worked there butts off and were so nice and respectful. The energy pool especially. Felipe was waiting on over 20 guests by himself at one point and did it with a great attitude.SPA: JULIETA AT THE SPA WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. The hydrotherapy is EXCELLENT and worth it! I have never been to a spa this excellent and the deep tissue massage was wonderful. You can use your resort credits to get money off. Super easy.Finally- I read every single 1 star review (about 260) one night when I was awake in bed and many of them are absolute bull. They scream Privilege. No, you cannot reserve habachi until 3:30, No, you cannot take shots at the bars and pools until 6 pm….THEY HAVE RULES FOR A REASON. So many adults cannot handle liquor and the sun and this resort has to put rules in place for the safety of everyone. I appreciate the diligence this resort took when it came to safety.COVID- well-gotta get tested to get back into USA. Resort made this as painless as possible and I appreciate it. Reservation for test was easy and result in 3 minutes.I know I forgot some names of staff and I am so sorry about that. I have felt so welcome and had so much fun. I am so sad today is my last day but we will come back. Especially because I now have friends for life. Fernanda and Melany, one last shout out to you both. Stay the friendly wonderful strong ladies you are and I hope to see you both again someday! Thanks for helping not only me but our whole group feel welcome and have fun!

Adulto incrível apenas com tudo incluído. Comida deliciosa em todos os restaurantes. Bebidas saborosas. Serviço de quarto 24 horas nos sete dias da semana. Entretenimento diurno / noturno. Jardins do resort lindo. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Levei meu filho como um presente de aniversário de 21 anos. Ele gostou muito da festa de Halloween na piscina e precisava de uma carona de volta para o quarto em uma cadeira de rodas. A equipe foi além de útil durante seu momento de embriaguez. Resort 10/10 global e definitivamente reservaria novamente.

Don’t pay for anything in cash! We paid for our excursion upfront in cash and the day we were to check out the accused us of not paying so we ended up paying twice! The steak restaurant was horrible… i don’t know what cow they got that steak from…..if it’s even beef! They recycle the plastic cups at the bar so bring your own cup! Don’t trust the drivers from the resort they made us pay to go into Cancun they were supposed to wait until we were done and they ended up leaving us so we had to pay an additional fee to get home from some random cab guy smh the room was nice but when we first arrived we showed the agent that our reservation clearly said we booked a king bed but they claimed that we booked a Double bed room and did not want to accommodate our request. The only thing i did like about the resort was the pool volley ball and the burger!

Amazing adult only all inclusive. Delicious food at all the restaurants. Tasty drinks. 24/7 room service. Day/night entertainment. Gorgeous resort grounds. Friendly and accommodating staff. I took my son as a 21 yr birthday present. He did enjoy the Halloween pool party too much and needed a ride back to the room in a wheelchair. The staff were beyond helpful during his moment of inebriation. Overall 10/10 resort and would definitely book again.

Para a minha primeira vez no México e ficar em um resort, não acho que outro resort superaria Breathless. A comida era incrível e o Nook Cafe é um dever se você adora café. Praia foi grande o jardim equipe trabalhou muito para manter as algas fora da praia e, em seguida, a piscina. Eu tenho que dar um grito especial para Antonio, o concierge da piscina, ele é ótimo e eu dou a ele 10 estrelas. Ele fez meu aniversário de 30 anos especial. Foi além de seu título e deveres, por favor, dê um aumento a esse cara. Em seguida, o entretenimento foi divertido e emocionante com a noite temática planejada. Sem fôlego eu estarei de volta

Un lugar excelente si lo que estas buscando es una vacacion con mucha diversión, es solonpora adultos y las fiestas en la alberca se ponen increíblestienen DJ y fiesta de espuma. Si lo que buscas es relajación mejor quedate en Secrets qué esta pegado y te dan acceso al breathless y puedes combinar ambos hoteles, ya qué sinte quedas en breathless no te van a dar acceso a Secrets!!!!

Pésimo servicio, hotel sucio, la alberca súper sucia, me parece fatal que te quieran cobrar por los camastros con sombra, no hay sombrillas y estratégicamente los camastros con sombra los venden por $300 usd No lo recomiendo

For my 1st time in Mexico and staying at a resort I don't think another resort would top Breathless. Food was amazing and the Nook Cafe is a must if you love coffee. Beach was great the grounds staffed worked really hard to keep the seaweed off the beach and then the pool. I have to give a special shout out to Antonio the pool concierge he's great and I give him 10 stars. He made my 30th birthday special. Went above and beyond his title and duties please give that guy a raise. Then the entertainment was fun and exciting with the planed theme night. Breathless I'll be back

We just returned from our beautiful trip! The service was incredible. The staff was accommodating and dedicated to making our stay special. Not to mention, I accidentally left my cell phone on the beach and an employee found it and turned it in to the front desk. It was returned to me safely. There truly are good people in this world.

Bela propriedade, muito bom pessoal I. Os restaurantes, bares e na piscina. Minha experiência de check-in foi horrível. Não entendi a categoria de quarto que era o livro. Disseram-me devido à construção. A construção do poço estava em toda parte. E eu tinha um upgrade promocional que me disseram que não consegui por causa da disponibilidade. Bem, 2 outras pessoas no meu grupo de 21 conseguiram atualizações sem nem mesmo perguntar. E era MEU aniversário real no dia em que fiz o check-in. Um gerente me disse duas vezes que não havia disponibilidade. Ele disse que estamos administrando um empresário que paga por atualizações. Bem, se eu soubesse que minha promoção não seria honrada, eu o teria feito. Mas mentiram para mim. Mesmo depois de 3 membros da minha família para atualizações, eu voltei para dizer algo e ele mentiu e disse que eles pagaram por eles. Não é verdade. No geral, é um lugar legal com pessoas legais. Mas o check-in foi terrível e me senti mal recebido. Não vou revisitar por esse motivo. Além do resort fechando às 11, que eu acho que é devido a Covid, o que é compreensível. Uma noite eles continuaram com a música e foi muito divertido. A comida era decente e as bebidas eram ok dependendo de quem as preparou. Fiz ótimas lembranças para um aniversário marcante.

Beautiful property, very nice staff I. The restaurants, bars, and at the pool. My check in experience was horrible. Didn’t get the room category that was book. I was told due to construction. Well construction was everywhere. And I had a promotional upgrade that I was told I couldn’t get because of availability. Well 2 others in my group of 21 got upgrades without even asking. And it was MY actual Birthday the day I checked in. I was told twice no availability by a manager. He said we’re running a business people pay for upgrades. Well if I had known my promotion wouldn’t be honored I would have done so. But I was lied to. Even after 3 of my family members for upgrades I went back to say something and he lied and said that they paid for them. Not true. Overall it’s a nice place with nice people. But the check in was terrible and I felt unwelcome. I won’t revisit for that reason. Besides the resort shutting down at 11 which I guess is due to Covid which is understandable. One night they kept music going and it was a lot of fun. Food was decent and the drinks were ok depending on who made them. I made great memories for a milestone birthday.

Sem dúvida, uma das melhores férias que já passamos! A equipe é incrível, no ponto e sempre com o objetivo de agradar !!! O resort foi bem conservado e limpo! Nossos copos nunca ficavam vazios e a diversão só parava o tempo suficiente para descansar um pouco. Todos os 5 restaurantes foram incríveis e eu não posso escolher qual era o melhor porque eles eram todos muito bons! A praia era bem cuidada e a equipe de garçons lá foi acima e além! Teríamos prazer em voltar para férias !!!

A equipe foi INCRÍVEL !! Sempre vibrações positivas e ótimo serviço. Gabriel sugeriu bebidas diferentes para nós e tivemos uma ótima conversa com ele. Ele também manteve constantemente as bebidas (e água) enquanto jogávamos vôlei. O Paschal no bufê do café da manhã nos encorajou a começar o dia com mimosas e shots 😂 ele tinha uma boa energia para começar o dia a cada dia, ele nunca perdia o ritmo. Maria foi hilariante e também forneceu um serviço maravilhoso. A comida era boa, as bebidas eram boas, as vibrações eram boas. Era espaçoso e havia áreas mais calmas e áreas mais altas, então você pode escolher sua preferência. Os quartos eram melhores do que eu esperava (chuveiro era enorme e de vidro ao redor) e nadar no nosso quarto foi uma escolha sólida. Os garçons até circulavam pelas piscinas para atendê-lo. Nós definitivamente queremos ver mais lugares que é a única razão pela qual podemos não voltar imediatamente, mas será difícil para nós não voltarmos logo! Alguns dos restaurantes e bares fecham meio cedo para nós, mas há um bar principal que fica bastante tarde e você sempre pode trazer a festa de volta para a sua piscina e obter serviço de quarto. Nós amamos isto!! Essas pessoas merecem dicas e elogios adicionais.

The staff was AMAZING!! Always positive vibes and great service. Gabriel suggested different drinks for us and we had great conversation with him. He also constantly kept the drinks (and water) coming while we played volleyball. Paschal at the breakfast buffet encouraged us to start the day with mimosas and shots 😂 he was good energy to start the day each day, he never missed a beat. Maria was hilarious and also provided awesome service. The food was good, drinks were good, vibes were good. It was spacious and there were quieter areas and louder areas so you can pick your preference. The rooms were nicer than I expected (shower was huge and glass all around) and the swim out at our room was a solid choice. The servers even made rounds around the swim-outs to serve you. We definitely want to see more places which is the only reason we may not go back right away, but it will be hard for us to not come back soon! Some of the food places and bars shut down kinda early for us but there’s a main bar that stays going fairly late and you can always bring the party back to your swim-out and get room service. We loved it!! These people deserve additional tips and praise.

Hands down one of the best vacations we have been on! The staff are amazing, on point and always aiming to please!!! The resort was well maintained and clean! Our glasses never went empty and the fun only stopped long enough to get some rest. All 5 restaurants were amazing and I can't choose which was best because they were all so good! The beach was well groomed and the wait staff there went above and beyond! We would gladly come back to vacation!!!

Best hotel for non stop entertainment, great food and service

The bomb! This staff know how to make you feel like a king! We held a conference here for hundreds of guests. No complaints by any of them. Section of the resort for everyone. Party zone (and I mean party). Mid zone and quiet. This is more a pool resort vs a beach resort.

One of the best hotel ever !!!! I spend 5 days in this hotel and what I can say it’s that it’s a amazing hotel. It’s really big, lots of restaurant inside. the staff is kind, smiling, helpful, available. they are really our little care. every day, many activities are proposed. all different from each other. The food is excellent. a wide choice of products, good qualities. the lunch is royal, we do not even know where the head is. ideal for events (honey moon, birthday, ...). the hotel offers many services (spa, fitness, ...). the rooms are spacious, equipped and many products and appliances available.

Absolutely lovely place. We will definitely be coming again. The food was amazing, the service, the room, everything! There was so much to do, so many friendly staff members, and the shows were amazing. The dance class on the beach with Sandra was super fun as well, she had super high energy to keep you happy into the moment.

Breathless was absolutely Breathtaking! The rooms were gorgeous and the service was excellent! The staff was friendly and polite. They took the time and care and answer any questions. The events were fun and they were sure to include the crowd with many surprises. The food was fantastic! They had multiple restaurants and food options. I tried the Italian restaurant and the Hibachi restaurant. Everything was nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend this place and go again myself!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! From the moment we landed here we were taken very good care of. We stayed on the Exhale side for relaxation. Love how they have three different areas of the resort to choose to be at through out the day depending on your mood. If you want to relax and paid the little extra for the access, you had the Exhale pool which was very quiet and relaxing. If you really wanted to "party" they have a very loud and lively pool. And if you wanted to socialize and not party, but also not relax, they have a pool in the middle that met those wants. They do have a dress code for dinning like other resorts. This is especially important for men to follow. Men, make sure to pack business casual clothes. I was unaware of the dress code and just so happened to pack one pair of pants and one black button up. I was so happy I did that. All of the staff is wonderful. I can't wait to go back.
