“Ubicación increíble, en pleno centro histórico, a 10 minutos del Ayuntamiento y zona mas comercial de Hamburgo.Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El personal de recepción ademásde hablar español muy atentos y solicitos. No pongo las 5 estrellas porque al hacer el check out la chica que nos atendió después de preguntarnos si habíamos consumido algo del mini bar y ser nuestra respuesta que no, llamó a alguien para que fueraa comprobarlo; lo cual me pareció bastante de Mal gusto.El desayuno/buffet bien, los camareros siempre atentos y muy serviciales y educados.Espectacular la estancia en el Barceló.”
