Been here more than 7 times and me and my family love it. They always give me the best accommodations for my son. I always recommend my friends and family to stay here because it has a wonderful location, thank you all so much for your service and I will see you again next year.

When I came to check in, I was informed that my reservation was “cancelled” and they had no rooms available. I showed the woman at the desk that on the website, my reservation was still shown as active so it made absolutely no sense, which she agreed to. After going back and forth, I ended up getting a new room and was charged over $100 more than my original booking price. Absolutely absurd. And on top of that, I was charged for BOTH bookings and am still trying (without success) to get a refund for one of the bookings- I was stuck paying over double the amount I booked for and it was not cheap. Also, I asked for late checkout and was told it would be no problem to check out at 1:00 pm. On the morning of my checkout, I woke up to housekeeping coming into my room at 11:00 am, and shortly after revived message telling me that I supposedly missed my check out time. The staff/management appear to have some organizational dysfunction and inability to resolve an issue that was their fault. However, the room itself was nice and there are many food options around the hotel.

A simple hotel, and fit the bill for an overnight stay. The beds were comfy, however the room lighting was a bit lacking. Additionally, the parking lot is also dimly lit adding to the oddness of this Hilton location. Overall, not a terrible experience just not a place I would stay more than a day or two. However, don't expect coffee to be ready until 530 as that is when I was told they would start serving. Even at the cheapest hotels, coffee is hot and ready all day. What a strange thing to skimp on....

I downloaded the Hilton Honors app - it was great! I could select my room and use a digital key, which meant never having to go to the front desk or wait in line to check in! The room was clean and stocked. Overall the experience was excellent. If you have had to use an electronic card and been locked out of your room and had to go to the front desk and wait in line to reactivate the key you will understand how excellent it is to use the digital key.

This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at if not the worst hotel. The hotel is extremely run down and outdated. That could be overlooked if it was clean. There was something splattered all over the wall and curtain in my room. There is also a strange odor. The gym is very small with no wipes or spray to wipe down the equipment and they do not clean it. Half of the equipment is out of order as well. There is a coffee lid that has been in the lobby for 3 days now on one of the tables so it is obvious they do not clean that either. I am considering finding a new chain for my travel after this experience.
