“We had a family trip for Vanderbilt audition. The hotel is just 5 min to the university and close to the highway. It has an indoor garage with key card access. The building is pretty new, and clean. The room size is very decent and up to date. The most impressive thing was those staff. It seems they were all inspired and loved to interact with customers. Special Kodos to the breakfast bar and the gentlemen who took care the area. In summary, as a 3-star hotel, this one is definitely at the top notch. We certainly will visit it again if we have any chance traveling to Nashville.”

“If you want to be close to the action, but still want space and quiet, this is a great option for you. I thought I booked the one Downtown, Nashville, but it was for the one in the West End. Fortunately, it worked out well since I did find myself actually being around the hotel. But if you want to be IN the action, Downtown is definitely the better option. I'm from NYC, so the quiet does appeal to me a little more. Imagine staying around Times Square haha, not my thing, especially on vacay. I loved that they had breakfast included. They also had a pool on the roof (good to know for the Summer, I didn't even have the time to check it out... Yet!). I loved how accommodating the staff were. We arrived early and managed to get breakfast even though our room wasn't ready. We also got to leave our bags after checking out as we had a return flight later that evening, which was great! Breakfast ends relatively early so be sure to be on time, especially if you want something specific. They also have an option for individualized breakfast at a station across the room. I love the layout of the space. The portable chargers and comfortable seating and various options for high bar, group seating and individual options. The room we got was great (King suite), very spacious, clean, we loved the view from our room, beautiful sunset views from the bed. Even though I planned this trip about a month and a half in advance for Jan, it was pretty hard getting affordable accommodation for the end of January Downtown, which I'm still confused about haha. In the summertime it tends to get more expensive for plane tickets as well. So plan ahead as much as you can. I'm already cringing at the flight prices for the Summer.”
