“Tivemos uma estadia incrível e apreciamos toda a experiência em Madrid. Todos foram tão gentis e atenciosos. Os quartos e o hotel são lindos e com uma ótima localização! Indigo na recepção foi tão acolhedora e nos mostrou ótimos lugares para visitar, ele disse olá para nós cada vez que ele nos viu usando nosso nome que era tão bom. Joaquin, o concierge também foi super agradável e fez reservas para nós. Oroya é lindo com ótimos coquetéis e comida. O nosso servidor Antonio foi experiente e útil enquanto come lá. O barman Victor foi tão agradável para conversar e recomendou ótimas bebidas no bar da cobertura. Todo mundo foi incrível. Definitivamente voltarei a este local no futuro!”
