I’ll keep it brief! First time here! It did not quite meet our expectations but once we brought our concerns to manager Doug he immediately stepped up and did right by us! Doug you went above and beyond and we recognized that! And in top of that was super service by sever Bill! Both of these employees understand customer service! Gorgeous views, historic hotel… cant go wrong. A big thank you to you two gentlemen!

My son planned to make his engagement proposal in the court yard garden near the cottages in this hotel. Many details were communicated to the staff at the Arizona Biltmore and all details were executed beautifully. We had staff follow up with us beforehand to make sure we were satisfied with the plans for the day. The cottages we stayed in were beautiful and my husband and I took advantage of the pools, the workout center and Spire bar. The decorations for Christmas were impressive, highlighting the beautiful architecture of the hotel. In this time of service staff shortages, this hotel has found many willing and wonderful people to make this hotel special. Thank you to everyone who had their hand in such a special occasion in our family’s life. A lovely yet brief get away from the Ohio winter. I hope to return again soon.

Lovely, great location! We hosted our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding rehearsal dinner here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is top notch and the presentation is beautiful. We did not overnight as guests, but friends and family were very pleased with the accommodations.

All I can say is you get what you pay for! I've done my share of traveling but this has to be one of the nicest places I've ever had the privilege of staying. Everything and I mean everything was near perfect! The staff, any staff member I encountered me feel like I was the only person there. The room was beautiful next to one of their 7 pools. If you remember this post and you are lucky enough to have access please, please visit the citrus room! I can't give enough praise to the folks that work there. They made the experience all worth it!! Now the price is steep but after just our first day there my lady says we're coming back and she's right! Pay the money if you can afford it, go there get pampered and have an amazing time like I did.

The hotel itself is great. We loved our room, the pools, the grounds, the restaurants. The HUGE negative of this property is the Citrus Club. Do not sign up for that over priced, glorified airport lounge. Its essentially a big room with a snack bar, the small amount of ACTUAL food is plain and reused throughout the day, the bar is not even a bar but a little drink cart with only a small selection of cocktail recipes and, I'll admit some good wine selections but you'll never drink enough to make the Citrus Club price even remotely worth it. Do not waste your time and money. Go enjoy the resort!

Adoramos nossa estadia em casal! As instalações eram lindas, o quarto era espaçoso e limpo, e toda a comida que comemos (café da manhã, almoço e jantar) era bomba, principalmente no jantar da Renata! Ancorado uma estrela porque o termostato não estava funcionando muito bem em um dia muito quente, fomos incomodados pela limpeza 3x antes de um check-out tardio (mesmo que a primeira vez que já os avisamos - ficou tão ruim que tivemos que ligar a recepção), e nossa conta final estava incorreta e ainda estamos tentando contestá-la. Fora isso, ótimo hotel. A área da piscina familiar é especialmente agradável!

We loved our stay as a couple! The facilities were beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, and all the food we had (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was bomb, especially at Renata's for dinner! Docked off one star because the thermostat wasn't working very well on a very hot day, we were bothered by housekeeping 3x prior to a late checkout (even though the first time we let them know already - it got so bad we had to call the front desk), and our final bill was incorrect and we are still trying to dispute it. Other than that, great hotel. The family pool area is especially nice!

Como fotógrafo de casamento, achei esse lugar lindo! Bem conservado todo original muito art-deco e convenientemente localizado! Praticamente bem no meio de um bairro. Os quartos eram espaçosos (poderia usar um pouco de atualização), mas o quarto da noiva tinha uma pequena e pitoresca área de estar no pátio que era muito particular e conveniente. Grandes jardins espaçosos e bem conservados. Você nunca saberia que está bem no meio de uma área movimentada do tipo bairro. Apenas 15 minutos ao norte do Aeroporto Phoenix Sky Harbor!

As a wedding photographer, I found this place to be gorgeous! Well maintained all-original very art-deco and conveniently located! Pretty much right smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. The rooms were spacious (could use a little updating) but the bride's room had a quaint little walk-out patio sitting area that was very private and convenient. Great spacious well-maintained grounds. You'd never know that you are right in the middle of a busy neighborhood-type area. Just 15 minutes north of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport!

Um refúgio local fantástico com as crianças!Este resort é uma jóia histórica de Phoenix, e os funcionários estão à altura do desafio de proteger a sua excelente reputação.Os quartos são espaçosos, bem decorados e elegantes. Os jardins são absolutamente lindos e bem cuidados. A piscina familiar é enorme e tem um bar aquático, funcionários atenciosos e boa comida e bebidas. Os slides foram um pouco assustadores para o pai, mas minha filha mais velha adorou.Um deve ficar para moradores e turistas.Meu único feedback: o estacionamento deveria ser gratuito. A garagem fica bem longe da entrada do hotel e $28 é muito caro para a caminhada e falta de comodidade. Dica: manobrista seu carro por apenas US $ 5 a mais.

O Waldorf Astoria foi absolutamente deslumbrante. Eu sou uma garota de cidade pequena de nenhum lugar ohio e eu fui tão levada! Definitivamente, parecia que não pertencíamos com base na aparência do lugar (tão chique para mim!), mas ninguém parecia se sentir assim sobre nós e recebemos o mesmo nível de cuidado que aqueles que “pareciam” como o pertencia 😅 Os preços para comer e beber com certeza estão lá em cima, mas vale muito a pena! As piscinas são lindas e muito bem cuidadas. Serviço à beira da piscina e opções apenas para adultos sempre uma vantagem! Os toboáguas foram uma explosão, tenho 28 anos e continuei fazendo isso! As vistas das montanhas ao fundo realmente lhe davam aquela sensação de montanha enquanto era mimado em um resort luxuoso. Foi ótimo e mal posso esperar para voltar!

Acabei de voltar de uma excelente estadia de 5 dias. Belos edifícios e jardins, bem como instalações muito limpas. Todo mundo foi muito bom de manobrista para guardiões da casa. Um pouco caro, mas a par com outros hotéis na área deste calibre. Visitamos alguns dos outros resorts de luxo, mas achamos que este era mais impressionante em estética e tamanho do resort, bem como no campo de golfe circundante, que proporcionava ótimos passeios matinais. A única experiência ruim foi a confusão com uma conta muito incorreta no check-out, o que quase me irritou a ponto de nunca mais querer voltar. No entanto, em última análise, o gerente assistente noturno foi verdadeiramente profissional e resolveu o problema para nossa satisfação. Com certeza voltaremos!

The Waldorf Astoria was absolutely stunning. I’m a small town girl from no where ohio and I was so taken away! Definitely felt like we didn’t belong based off the looks of the place (just so fancy for me!) but no one seemed to feel that way about us and we received the same great level of care as those who did “look” like the belonged 😅 Prices to eat and drink are for sure up there but so very worth it! The pools are all beautiful and so well kept. Poolside service and adult only options always a plus! The water slides were a blast, I’m 28 and kept doing it! The views of the mountains in the background really gave you that mountain feel while being pampered at a luxurious resort. It was so great and I can’t wait to go back!

A fantastic local getaway with the kids! This resort is a historical gem of Phoenix, and the staff rise to the challenge of protecting its fine reputation. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and elegant. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well manicured. The family pool is huge and has a swim up bar, attentive staff, and great food and drinks. The slides were a little terrifying for dad but my older daughter loved them. A must stay for both locals and tourists. My only feedback: the parking should be free. The garage is quite far from the hotel entrance and $28 is very excessive for the walk and lack of convenience. Tip: valet your car for just $5 more.

Just came back from an excellent 5 day stay. Beautiful buildings and grounds, as well as very clean facilities. Everyone was very nice from valet to house keepers. A little pricey but on par with other hotels in the area of this caliber. We visited some of the other luxury resorts but felt that this one was more impressive in aesthetics and size of the resort as well as surrounding golf course which made for great morning strolls. Only bad experience was confusion with a very incorrect bill at checkout which almost angered me to the point of never wanting come back. However, ultimately the night assistant manager was truly professional and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We’ll definitely be back!

The grounds and staff were incredible. We also had a drink at the beautiful bar and dinner at Renatas and it was superb.Our room however, left much to be desired. No major complaints but just incredibly basic. Unless you are going all out and paying 2000+ OR you will fully take advantage of the pool/grounds for the entirety of your trip, I wouldn’t recommend booking a room here. Our room was average at best, with no view and still $900/night.We spent most of our trip hiking/exploring the food in Scottsdale/Phoenix so the amenities did not outweigh the plainness of our room.

Os jardins são deslumbrantes e depois de fazer o passeio (que eu recomendo) absolutamente amo a história e as jóias escondidas no hotel. Tivemos serviço de quarto no café da manhã e a torrada francesa de brioche foi incrível - recomendo! Visitamos a propriedade em nossa primeira noite e visitamos todas as piscinas - 7 no total. Eu amo história e acho que as atualizações são o equilíbrio perfeito entre o antigo e o novo. Eu entendo que para permanecer relevante você precisa atualizar... até certo ponto e o equilíbrio foi atingido bem. This stay was a treat. We have been traveling the country visiting FLW properties and wanted to stay here. The grounds are stunning and after taking the tour (which I quite recommend) absolutely love the history and the hidden gems in the hotel. Our historian was truly knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. Our king balcony suite was as expected - perfect condition, clean and updated. We had room service for breakfast and the brioche French toast was amazing - highly recommend! We toured the property our first night and visited every pool - 7 total. I love history and find that the updates are the perfect balance between old and new. I understand that to remain relevant you need to update....to a degree and the balance was struck nicely. During our stay, the hotel had a convention going on and something we love about this hotel is the way that you can find privacy all over the resort - even though there are many people on property. We value privacy and I can tell that this was designed to allow you that luxury if you so desire. The hotel is a completely unique experience at night so do take the time to see it both day and night - striking. Also, the additional $7 for valet is well worth the convenience. There is beauty in the details everywhere you look here, and we will be back every year. The staff including the concierge service is so friendly, efficient, and willing to do whatever you need to help that we felt like family here. Our stay left us feeling as if we had been coming here for years and were owners - such a stellar experience.

Estuvimos sólo un día por las ofertas de verano y la pasamos muy bien. No usamos la alberca porque estaba ocupadísima, pero usé el vapor y jacuzzi en el vestidor de damas. Muy bonitos jardines. También nos dieron un cuarto mejor que el precio que yo había elegido (porque tenemos estatus diamante en el programa Hilton Honors). El único problema es que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no estaba trabajando bien. Y también que este hotel no da desayuno gratis para miembros Gold y Diamond del programa Hilton Honors, ni dan accesso al 'executive lounge' donde tienen bocadillos y bebidas. Por lo de el desayuno para gold y diamond dan $15, máximo dos personas, pero eso no alcanza para desayunar con los precios de sus restaurantes.
