“If at the reception was just Belén and Rafael the service would be 5 Starts.If you will stay at this hotel be lucky to have Belén or Rafael at the reception. They are amazing and they will treat you special. We stayed 9 nights and when we had to ask things they were always happy to help...The breakfast was good and the people at the breakfast are always kind and friendly.”
