“This was absolutely not worth the price. I've paid half as much for rooms that were twice as nice. When you stay in a Hilton, you expect something above average, and this barely hit average. The room looked like a hospital room, there were stains on the sheet and shower curtain, room service wasn't available, and the vending machine didn't even work. Definitely not a good experience, and definitely won't be staying again.”

Sem lanches. Sem bebidas. O nível executivo deve ser de acesso restrito. Não foi. Quando liguei para registrar uma reclamação e pedir um reembolso parcial da tarifa normal do quarto, fui tratado com indiferença. Falei com Chloé. Ela era rude, defensiva e divisiva. Ela constantemente me interrompia enquanto eu tentava explicar minha queixa. Pedi para falar com a supervisora dela e ela disse que era a supervisora líder de plantão. Pedi para falar com o chefe dela. Ela me disse para ligar de volta que ele estava ligado às 14h. Pedi para falar com a gerente do hotel e ela desligou na minha cara.
