This is a great option if you are looking to stay downtown for business. It's a short walk from the convention center and is surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and entertainment. The main lobby is really nice. They have a small gift shop as well as a little convenient store. They have a nice restaurant you can eat as well. If you are visiting on business there is a nice little business center across the street so you are covered if you need to make copies or send a fax. Overall it's a pretty nice hotel and a great option if you are doing anything downtown.

We stayed here to see some baseball, which is just a few blocks down the street. It is a really great hotel with modern, spacious rooms and thoughts about what people need when staying away from home. I love the extra bathroom in the family suite, the sliding barn style doors, and the bunk bed idea from a pull out couch. Our bunk bed couch did not work properly, but the staff were great and accommodating and sent people to try and fix it, and when that didn't work, they sent a rollaway at no extra charge. I appreciate the extra touches like toothpaste and mouthwash in both bathrooms. This was a nice place to stay and definitely a step up from what we are used to!

This location was amazing, walking distance to so much food and stores. The facility was very clean, quiet, and staff were helpful. I didn't like that they don't validate parking, but its downtown so what can you do. We ate at the restaurant in the lobby the first night which is the pictures of food I posted. It was really good but they were pretty busy and I didn't like the seat yourself situation because there was 8 of us and all the big tables were taken by groups of 2 and 3. The outside seating was pretty awesome and the fireplace and heaters made it very comfy. I highly recommend this location

Really nice hotel!! Great views and in the middle of sooooo much to do. There was a MASSIVE realty convention that took place on the property, and it was surprisingly quite on my floor and I was able to get great sleep. Staff was very friendly and professional. The public areas were beautiful and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best hotel experiences in recent memory at this Hyatt Regency. Our plane was early and we were arriving early for a five night stay. As soon as we arrived Nykeira greeted us at the front desk with such a positive demeanor. I asked if we could check in early. Her response “no problem” and then she asked do you want a room with a sunset or sunrise view. Great! I asked if we could get a room on the highest floor? Again, no problem. She went on to tell us about all the hotel amenities and nearby restaurants. We felt so welcomed. The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were very positive and hard working. This hotel is so nice and convenient across the street from the convention center. Room and bed so comfortable.

Only stayed here for a night but the valet and front desk were amazing. They upgraded us to a suite and covered our valet parking which was great. The room was nice and has everything we needed. And the 24 hour market was clutch.

This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. Stayed here for a conference across the street. Great location with lots of food and shops in the area. They also have a pretty stocked market with great breakfast options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Beautiful place, great vibe and friendly people. I didn't stay at this hotel this time. Just wandered in to enjoy the atmosphere. It was a good amount of people gathered around the bar and out by the outdoor fire pit. Especially for a Tuesday evening. If ever in town for work or convention I would recommend stopping in to unwind.

Stayed here for a conference across the street. Great location with lots of food and shops in the area. They also have a pretty stocked market with great breakfast options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

They offer a delicious omelet that is made fresh right before you by a stationed cook! Grade A service by this cook. However, the cash register employees can become swamped by convention guest thereby leaving long lines that reminds me of overflow freeway traffic. As a suggestion Management should hire (2) cash register employees to work full time that way other working staff do not have to share responsibilities of cash register plus making or filling orders at the same time.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. My go to place to stay in Phoenix. I am up in Phoenix a great deal. Very clean and great service.

Rooms are clean, mostly updated, comfortable beds, beautiful views and a mini fridge! Loved the clock in the bathroom mirror, TV was big, full length mirror, extra shelves, the 24 hour market in the lobby and the garden patio area on the 3rd floor. Check in was so easy, staff was very kind and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I brought our son, an incoming freshman at ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism to set up his dorm. From the minute we arrived till we left, we received excellent customer service! We arrived with a truckload of dorm furniture. They stored everything for us! Check in was a breeze! Super nice! They have an omelette station! (You pay for this). Our BEDS were amazing! We travel a lot, and usually I wake up several times throughout the night. Not here! If I could, I’d take the mattress home with me! This location is super close to Taylor Place (my son’s dorm). This hotel is sleek, contemporary, clean! Love the theme! We will definitely be back to this hotel when we come to visit our son!
