Great location. Our room was large and very comfortable. Parking was great. The services here are by far the best. There's so much to do and enjoy. The entire staff is a step above the rest. Literally everyone we interacted with was fantastic. I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic stay! They treat Ambassador guests really well, and I've never been more pleased to have status. Loved the loft style room. Everything on site was fantastic and all staff seemed genuinely happy. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The golf cart guys are great. The front desk is great. Rita's was great. Room service was horrible. 2+hours for simple food. Said they were busy up front but said all, including Rita's that night, was busy. No car, stuck with a wait. Poor preparation I think.

Much to be desired. I had read some of the reviews on here complaining and thought oh they've got to be very particular. No, actually everything that was mentioned from a so so review happened to us. Platinum Marriott Member, that might as well be worthless these days. I decided to take my wife here for our babymoon. I had some upgrade certificates and was really looking forward to using those before the end of the year. Did not get upgraded. So, we go to check in and told the resort is completely sold out. Huge mistake not checking in early I guess. The rooms: dated is probably the most appropriate way to describe them. The pillows are truly awful. We got back that evening from dinner and my wife pointed out the bugs in our room. Splendid! We were still on east coast time and decided to go to bed early. If you happen to have a room above you good luck going to sleep. Every single foot step is heard. I will give some credit, I was up early and went to the front desk. Had the pleasure of talking to the night manager about our issues. He was more than gracious and understanding (probably because we were not the first ones to complain by the other reviews). They did get us moved to another room which was better than the first. My wife and I both agreed with what they charge a night here there are so many other great properties we'd happily return to before this one. Honestly, it's a tad shocking they're able to command the rate they do.

Beautiful resort. Nice backdrop of the camelback mountain. Rooms are spacious and property is clean and beautiful. Excellent restaurants on site. Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Also has a small playground for little kids. Property is large and expansive but they have golf carts to shuttle you around or you can just take a nice stroll through beautiful property. Nice place for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

Great service at all amenities, especially front desk and the pool. If you’re a frequent traveler, the deals on points here were particularly good. We were upgraded to a room with a view - would definitely come back! Definitely getting added to the “favorite Marriott properties” list for me.

This is not a standard of JW Marriott .Firstly i should say this is nice property. Been relaxing all day at the room and requested housekeeping at 6pm , was told nobody can come as all housekeepers left ( how possible there is nobody at evening taking care of the guests) . I requested towels which one of employee brought while I was out of my room and I also left my trash outside the room- it has NOT been picked up and was sitting in front of my door. Very disappointing. I hope Marriott will take a look at this property , not 5 star hotel and not even close . I took all understanding of COVId 19 into my evaluation

Paradise. It's such a get-away from Phoenix smog and grin. Staying here is such a breath of fresh air--quite literally. Staff from when we got out the valet to front deal and bell person were attentive without overbearing. The whole property is kept tidy and clean! The views are amazing! The views are spectacular!!!! I couldn't say enough about this property yes it is pricey but their diamond designation isn't a fluke!

The location of the JJ Grand hotel is at the heart of Korea town in downtown LA. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance (0.5m/0.8km) as well as on-site parking, a cafe, and a restaurant. The hotel itself is very clean and classy given the year it was built (1994). I found the price to be very reasonable considering its location in regards to event halls and activities. The air conditioning units work wonderfully and the water was always hot for showers and baths. Receptionists and staff were absolutely lovely. I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to LA.

It is beautiful here. We arrived here a bit early yesterday, but we were given a key to go hang by the pool. Kevin took wonderful care of us poolside all day. He was attentive and just had an overall wonderful attitude. After a relaxing pool day, we grabbed our bags from the concierge desk. Mike brought us to our room, along with giving an informative tour of the place. (The room was ready quickly, but we decided to stay by the pool all day) Overall a wonderful stay!!! Gorgeous sunset and sunrise!
