“I reserved rooms on the executive level specifically to have access and benefit of the executive lounge. The executive lounge was not stocked or serviced during my stay. No breakfast. No snacks. No beverages. The executive level is supposed to be restricted access. It wasn’t. When I called to log a complaint and ask for a partial refund to the regular room rate I was treated with indifference. I spoke to Chloe. She was rude, defensive and divisive. She constantly interrupted me as I was trying to explain my grievance. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the lead supervisor on duty. I asked to speak to her boss. She told me to call back that he was on at 2:00 pm. I asked to speak to the hotel manager and she hung up on me. No matter the policy of the hotel no one deserves to be treated the way Chloe treated me. I have never been so mistreated than I was dealing with Chloe. It is not the behavior I would have expected from Hilton or as a “valued” Hilton Honors member. The bottom line. I have bought and paid for a premium room, but only got regular quality. Extremely disappointed.”

“Very nice staff and clean room. Bathrooms were nice and the water pressure hit the spot after a long day. Nice views from the room with plenty of things to do nearby. The on site coffee shop was an added plus. I will be back the next time I go to Charlotte.”
